How to manually update your phone contacts
If you didn’t download your phonebook during pairing, you can still do so manually in a few steps.
Press the Phone button.
Your vehicle should be parked, the engine running and your radio on.
Scroll and select Phone Settings by pressing OK.

Select Phonebook Preferences.

Select Download now.
(Your phone may ask to give SYNC™ access to your contacts. Select OK.)

This message appears when downloading is complete.
Your vehicle should be parked, the engine running and your radio on.
SYNCTM can hold up to 1,000 phone contacts. If it displays PHNBK FULL, it will have downloaded the first 1,000 contacts in your
phone.
